BBQ trailer & smoker rentals for Ottawa and Eastern Ontario
Hillside BBQ is based in Hammond, Ontario, about 35 minutes east of downtown Ottawa. We rent a fully equipped 16-ft commercial food trailer and a custom multi-chamber BBQ smoker, with delivery across the Ottawa area and free customer pickup from anywhere in Ontario.
Where we deliver
Our 50 km delivery zone ($100.00 each way) covers Ottawa, Orleans, Rockland, Clarence Creek, Bourget, Hammond, Embrun, Casselman, Limoges, Russell and most of Prescott-Russell. Outside the zone? Pickup is free with a proper tow vehicle, from anywhere in Ontario.
Unfortunately we can't rent in Quebec due to provincial regulations - we serve Ontario only.
What people rent them for
Weddings, festivals, fundraisers, corporate events, pop-ups, competition cooks, film catering and full food truck seasons on the monthly rate. The trailer is a full commercial kitchen on wheels; the smoker runs two chambers at different temperatures for high-volume BBQ.
The equipment
Food trailer rental - Fully equipped 16-foot commercial food trailer: 6-burner stove, flat-top griddle, deep fryer, refrigeration, triple sink, exhaust hood with fire suppression, A/C, serving window with awning.
BBQ smoker rental - A custom-built smoker you won't find anywhere else. The smoke box sits in the center and feeds smoke evenly into both cooking chambers, and each chamber vents through its own air stack - so you can run the two at completely different temperatures in the same cook. Brisket low and slow on one side, chicken and ribs hot and fast on the other, all at once. Wood-fired and towable, built for events, competitions, and high-volume service. You supply the wood and food.
