Custom BBQ smoker rental (towable)
A custom-built smoker you won't find anywhere else. The smoke box sits in the center and feeds smoke evenly into both cooking chambers, and each chamber vents through its own air stack - so you can run the two at completely different temperatures in the same cook. Brisket low and slow on one side, chicken and ribs hot and fast on the other, all at once. Wood-fired and towable, built for events, competitions, and high-volume service. You supply the wood and food.

What's included
A custom wood-fired build on a towable trailer. The smoke box sits in the center and feeds both cooking chambers evenly, and each chamber vents through its own stack, so you can run the two at completely different temperatures during the same cook. It pulls with a standard 2-inch ball hitch. You supply the wood and the food.

Delivery or pickup
We deliver and pick up within about 50 km of Hammond, Ontario for $100.00 each way - that covers Ottawa, Orleans, Rockland, Embrun, Casselman and most of Prescott-Russell. Picking up and returning it yourself is free with a proper tow vehicle.
Unfortunately we can't rent in Quebec due to provincial regulations - we serve Ontario only.
